The announcement, made during ADRF25 in Norway, marks an important milestone for the AEROSUB project and reinforces Portugal’s role in Europe’s digital innovation landscape.
During the AI, Data and Robotics Forum 2025 (ADRF25) in Norway, Ricardo Bessa from INESC TEC, the coordinating institution of the AEROSUB project, announced that INESC TEC will host the next edition of the Forum – ADRF26 – in Porto, Portugal.
The upcoming event will take place from 13–15 October 2026 at the Alfândega Congress Centre, one of Porto’s leading venues for international conferences. ADRF26 is expected to bring together more than 500 experts, researchers, and policymakers from across Europe to discuss the future of Artificial Intelligence, Data, and Robotics in driving sustainable and digital transformation.
This announcement represents a major milestone for AEROSUB and for INESC TEC, underlining their active role in shaping the European innovation ecosystem and contributing to the dialogue on responsible and impactful technological progress.
By hosting ADRF26, INESC TEC will further strengthen collaboration among research institutions, industry leaders, and policymakers, promoting synergies that support Europe’s twin transition towards a greener and more digital future.
